Once we have this information, a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours and provide a quote for the maintenance plan required. As soon as this quote has been accepted, we will require the login details to transfer your website hosting over to our servers, to ensure that your website is directly accessible by us in the case of any issues. This can be completed in the evening if you would prefer to ensure that there is no downtime during the transfer period (there usually isn’t).
We will then send over the direct debit form and take the agreed monthly payment for the hosting services once the sites are live on our hosting.

Yes, any of our web maintenance plans that we offer will require your website to be hosted on our servers. This is to ensure that if there are any issues, we have direct access to your website to fix them.
Once the website has been transferred over to our server, we will send over a GoCardless link which allows us to take payment via Direct Debit every month. This means that it is hassle free and you do not have to keep manually opening your bank account each month and making payment for the hosting services.
